Certainly you may not know the legalities behind such a share holders move but I know that if you are a SMART person you know who to contact or where to look up such information. I hereby nominate you Mark Stang as the Vivus share holder movement attorney. You have an inherent interest as a fellow share holder. Are you going to help us to obtain some justice?!
