Jon, there are heaps of Japanese who are very small. If they make them look more cute with nice sayings, in English, like "Happy song phone" or with pictures of "Gengki Dama" being fired out the back then they'll sell millions. The Thin Phone is probably way too big to impress by being diminutive. But with great talk quality, talk time, standby time, the cool new phone with the cute little pictures and sayings in nice colours will be small enough to impress and groovy enough to buy.

PS: Gengki Dama are balls of energy and force, collected a bit from all the good people and things in the universe, held above the hero's head and hurled into the evil one. I can't remember the little guy's name, but he is pretty popular, created in Japan. The series of comics ran for a decade. "Dragon Ball" is the name of it.

Dragon Ball originally started out as a manga (Japanese comic-book)by Toriyama Akira.
