OT, OT Re "my chauffeur, Paul Engel" For those of us who must drive ourselves, may I relate a warning: I normally "quick return(?)" rental cars at the airport with very little time to get to the plane. This week I decided to scrutinize the credit card bills and found the following: 1. One company charged me for an extra day. When I challenged this unjustified charge the rep said "the computer must have had a brain fart". 2. Another company charged me to fill up a whole tank at $3.23 a gallon even though I'd returned the car full. The company (a leader, I might add) agreed after some persuasion to credit me for this. Moral of the story (I have many others) : there are many crooks in corporate garb around. If you can get PaulE to chauffeur you - take the chance! :) Moral 2: why isn't Congress investigating these crooks instead of wasting its time with pecadilloes (sp?)?
