No..after the market closes we can use the picks by name.. so actually SI members can benefit from Day #2 if the stock moves, which is why I post the watch list occasionally after the close. I hope you all know that posting numbers to bring in subscribers never crossed my mind. The only thing I do is post our track record which I feel I have a right to, since its honest and there is no manipulation of results. According to my e-mail that is what brings them in.

The codes will be subtle and you won't really notice the difference. We are not daytraders so we won't be doing anything quite like #daytraders on mIRC which is scalping about 50 or even 100 stocks a day. We won't be 'constantly' discussing the codes or picks..

In fact today about 16 subscribers pm'ed me and I was able to write some information, all this from the 'comfort of the MG thread'. They would not have PMed me were it not for the mentioning of the stocks numbers. They PMed me because they knew it would disturb the thread to hold too much discourse on the particular stock. So if members were to be considerate and keep discourse at a minimum it should work.

I know this is a public forum but within a 'pay' structure, and each thread has its own 'character'.. Ours is a little different, granted.

I was actually looking to the codes as a 'last resort' and not something I relish doing. I kept putting it off. I am paying GNET for advertising. Market Gems is now advertised on both SI and on another Stock site belonging to GNET, so I'm not looking for freebies. But I'm also not wearing blinders and I know having the thread in SI is the best advertising but we don't take anything for granted here and you are only as good as your last picks, so we will always work on producing for both the thread and the subscribers.

MG will have 'permanent' advertising on Telescan-Wall Street City and offer products in collaboration with them. Here again Telescan/WallStreetCity and Market Gems are a 'good fit' since I am a power user their software and can do just about anything with it and have been for 3 years now. AB Watley and Market Gems are a good 'fit' as well.

We might set something up with Equis as well since I use their software almost as long(Metastock 6.5)

MG is also working on something with AB Watley that should be very interesting and I am looking forward to that. So we really don't need to resort to calling codes to drum up business 'because they entice people to see what we are talking about'..using codes was not on my 'to do' list for potential business prospects.

MG will be in another magazine article that is now being researched and I'm was called by Dow Jones Newswires, Money.com, and CBS news for articles and information they wanted about about trading, research magazines I use, internet stocks etc. And they called me I did not call them. I assume they found me through this thread.

So lets try it and if we cooperate it should work as fine as anything has in the last 2 years. Out of nearly 24,000 posts I had about a handful of 'spiteful' e-mail, 2 people that tried to harass (about 1 a year) but did not get far and absolutely nothing but 'fun' and looking forward to getting on the thread in the morning to see what's 'cookin.
