(1) Is the QP data easily transferrable to WOW ?

I had no problem that was not solved as I learned the system. I was working with three "new" programs at the same time, plus a new database service and system.

(2) Can you scan the entire QP database for say a modified BBB scan without
downloading all of the stocks ? I would like to download only those that show up in
my scans for analysis. I also want to build some custom scans of my own for the entire
8000+ stocks.

Nope. The mental leap here is: understand that you can't scan the database while it is still on the bulletin board or server at the QP office. First you download the data... then scan. Not 'tother way.

(3) Is the internet data download fast and better, or is it best to pay the extra 3 dollars
a month and get BBS transfers ?

Time difference is not significant to me... the difference between one mouse click and two... the second required to "update" your computer's stash of data with the recent download if from the net. The 800 number is the complete "no brainer". If one is not comfortable doing a little adjustment or two in the options section of his browser, then the 800 number is the way for this person.

(4) How long does it take to download say 200 stocks ?

Not applicable for reason that 200 stocks or a partial download is not an option. You get the whole 10K stock base in a one or two minute download at 28.8k. And one other thing related is that when you load the CD packed with two years of stocks prices, etc it allllll goes on your hard drive. It seems about 90 megabyes of mine is tied up. Not bad when considered that's around 10 thousand stocks and 100+ of indexes.

Also, a Notepad text report automatically shows up as your database is updated with stats and several vol or price breakout lists from NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ. About the time I've finished reading that and taking a couple of notes the CPU intensive update is done.

How's zat, Brian? Besides... there's a money back promise attached.
Now you know everything I do.
