Dr. Godless, Where did you get a name like this ! As per the news release, it appears to be what the good doctor ordered. But it is confusing. Are they merging with Prestige ? Is this a buyout ? What do they mean joining forces ? But, overall the news is very good. This is really vertical integration. NHC needs to acquire / JV with companies like this to be aggressively poised for growth. You know how this business is. If you cannot grow by leaps and bounds and even acquire the competition, then the competition will render your obsolete. Good stuff NHC! Regards, Lalit Jain
