FWIW I live in Pleasanton and have several buddies who work there. The feeling I get is that there is no panic, motivation and morale are in fact quite high. Stock price consensus tho' is mid to high teens and pretty dead for 6-9 months. After that, higher confidence in outlooks need to emerge - and there is faith that management will pull it through. Lots a believers that this stock rallies late in the year or after Y2K. I think the right time for picking this up is in the summer
