Rick, I haven't bought in or sold out, layoffs are not automatically good even if they generally are inevitable. They signal the end of explosive top-line growth. Now the emphasis will turn to managing the bottom line, i.e. how much cash flow can you grab from the currently successful product set. Not how many 100s of businesses can you grab for a trial license. Greg
