This item is probably of no significance but I thought I'd relay it anyway. Between 11/1-11/26, 6 RSYS insiders sold 150,046 shares at an average price of $54.24 for a total of $8,138,618.00, the initial news on this lawsuit came out on 11/25. At that time RSYS officials stated they had not been contacted by SEC officials, the SEC declined to comment. Probably all quite innocent, insiders sell all the time for the same reasons we all do. However, a company just invites conjecture when they don't keep the public apprised of the situation.
