What is the basis of your lawsuit? Despite how angered I was initially, it did not occur to me that I had been duped. I just didn't agree with their plan. Notice the ask rising towards $5 with the bid remaining low. They are just allowing for a natural market adjustment following the RS. Give it a couple of days and the ask will hold as the bid slowly rises allowing a market to resume in this stock. I'm actually thinking of buying more. To use a casino reference...Doubling down on 11 with the dealer showing ACE. Crazy as the RS seemed...I'm wondering if this might just turn out allright. 70000 has turned to 700, but this company might just start to trade soon. Let's hope.
