IMO, what they should do is so painfully obvious that it makes me sick to my stomach to see them not doing it. They should never have issued one penny of dividend until/unless they use the full 10% buy back they are allowed. They should use the full 10% each and ever year until the float is reduced to a level which can support a fair value for the shareholders. If they did this over the next 5 years, shares would be reduced to a little over 50 million of which Sim would have about 1/2. The float would be cut by about 2/3 provided Sim held his shares. Every share retired, makes the shares we hold worth more. The divided is a total waste of money and does nothing to increase long term value of the stock.
