Don't know the answers to your questions, but .....
Are there not currently computer/monitors that are configured in such a way that the user can "view" the internet and TV at same time (PIP style)? I believe WebTV is the reverse of what I am referring to, that is to say, the web through the TV Monitor. However, "in the beginning...." weren't TV monitors used as computer monitors? All this would lead me to believe that the "program" IS the important piece of the puzzle. Perhaps, your scenario of internet via "cable" wouldn't be a problem, but that is not the "standard" for the internet.
As I have said I know very little, closer to nil, on this subject, so I had better stop "theorizing" using logic and common sense before I show myself to be a real dodo! LOL
To bring it all back to ZuluGroup do they have the technology to deliver TV quality ads (and other data, info, etc.) to the internet through the current most common means of delivery. And if so, is it unique or is it commonly available. As I recall, in the past, the discussions concerning this always seemed to be about whether or not it was even possible. There were those who said it was impossible for Zulu or anyone else to deliver it.
Well, I didn't stop when I said I would, so will now...
