based upon the october 98 news announcement pair stated that they would buyback up to 7 million shares. Currently they've only purchased 1 million shares.

It seems that with the significant amount of cash they have on hand they could easily afford another 6 million shares and still have well over $150 million in cash.

I wouldn't want to be short when they started accumulating the rest of the 6 million shares. I also notice that no officers have been selling.
