Good morning, Kevin! Bleary-eyed and grungy, I sit here after a long night at work. I hope any typos will be understood. <gg>
Ben's presence here is unusual, to be sure. I once was told or read that less than 5% of company CEO's post on SI or elsewhere. I would note, however, that Ben has a good head on his shoulders, and has never posted, to my knowledge anwyay, any information that would be considered "insider" info here. I also believe that what Ben has said here in the past would have been available to any shareholder, had they bothered to pick up their phone and place a toll-free call at HeartSoft's expense.
Therefore, I don't consider the liability issue to be a cause for Ben to cease posting here, and I hope that you will take the time to review all Ben's post from the past two years, and see if you don't agree with me.
It's my hunch that yesterday's selling came all from the same source. If that's the case, there should not be much follow-up selling today, unless Nervous Nellies decide to bail. The MM's were happy to crank the bid down yesterday, so I am assuming that they are starting to get enough shares to keep them happy.
But I note that the ask remains a startling 10% above the bid...MM's really don't want to entice people to buy, so they make it look like a bad deal to do so. Ah, the head games of the OTC:BB.
Time for me to grab some sleep.
Cheers! Rick
