The system should automatically refresh every 60 seconds now. But if you want to make that faster, you type in

/r 15

for a 15 second refresh, whic his the fastest you can go. However, I would note that my system did not always refresh automatically, and occationally I had to hit the 'refresh' button during the day.

There isnt a lot of chat going on in there, and one needs to be patient for questions, as our attention is often diverted.
