Richard: I found this company profile on companysleuth.com This website has proven immensely useful to me for matters like AMCI and other small stocks that are hard to follow sometimes. "American Millennium is focused on prividing hardware and software solutions to the wireless and wireline telecommunications industries and bringing solution oriented combinations of hardware and software. For the FY ended 7/31/98, total revenues totalled $306K, up from $0K. Net loss from continuing ops. before extra. item totalled $3.8M, up from $251K. Results reflect revenues from reselling activities, offset by increased consulting expenses." Wow...revs are actually coming in for AMCI, but losses are enormous in comparison. The financing from yesterday's release doesn't seem adequate to the task of keeping this company going, but we may not yet be seeing everything. Cheers! Rick
