told we are looking at between 2/4 ant 2/10 underwriter is still awaiting comments from the NASD. BTW some confusion because of the assholes at the SEC. They made the company list the shares being registered on behalf of the early investors as if they are being sold on the deal when in fact they cannot be sold for 9 months read page 52 of the prospectus carefully and you will see what I mean
