I understand that there are 4,605,781 shares outstanding and the fully diluted the number is about 5,656,233.

Their attempt to benefit from the short-lived diamond area play failed. No word about what was supposed to be their focus, the Liberty Bell Gold Project. I think they wasted their last dollars buying diamond claims.
