Commonplace in an acquisition. Part of the purchase price of Insignia's assets was held in an indemnification reserve because GraphOn claimed that Insignia has improperly used some of their property. Citrix is claiming a $6.25 million indemnification against the reserve, and apparently will release the rest of the reserve ($2.5 million) to Insignia. Insignia may contest the $6.25 million claim.

In any event, since it supposedly is an indemnification against claims made against Citrix resulting from their purchase of Insignia's products, it should be revenue neutral to Citrix, i.e., a wash.
