Just some facts about why Class Action Suits aren't smart:

1) Class periods tend to be short not two years so you would be excluded.

2) When it is all over the lawyer gets his fee off the top and full reimbursement for all costs. So by the time you get a check it is equal to maybe your photo copying and postage.

3) The stock price stays low no matter what the company does because the investors fear time will repeat itself.

4) Your loss would have to be attributed to the company hyping the stock by making out right false claims and not what an analysts has said.

So I think your chances of a justifiable suit here are SLIM to NONE except maybe there might be a chance to sue the market manipulators.
