Bio-American Capital Corporation Announces New Business Developments

SOLANA BEACH, Calif., Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- The following is being issued by Bio-American Capital Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: BIAN - news):

Mr. Matthew J. Basson, President/CEO of Universal Alliance, Inc. confirmed today that the company has implemented the Remind America loyalty program and provided specialty products for Home Depot stores in the San Diego region. The regional trial will be evaluated by Home Depot at the end of the quarter and Mr. Basson expects to begin providing these products to Home Depot stores nationally at the conclusion of the trial. This trial follows the successful national implementation of the Remind America Loyalty program for Taylor Made Golf and the continuing success of the Loyalty and Fulfillment Program implemented for Coldwell Banker as well as many other real estate agents.

Mr. Basson also confirmed that Remind America created specialty gift products for distribution through Sam's Club, a division of Wal-Mart and is continuing to provide specialty gift products in conjunction with 20th Century Fox.

Remind America, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Universal Alliance, Inc., provides corporate loyalty and fulfillment programs and custom labeled specialty gift products to its clients to assist them in building customer, client or employee loyalty.
