-A short discussion over on the momentum thread re: DMW

Ya, been watching DMW all day. It's been driving me nuts! As soon as I saw it starting to move I went and checked everywhere I could to find out why. I couldn't find out anything. Even talked to the company regarding the possible reopening of the mine as they said "by the end of January". Their response: Delays...taking longer than expected, blah, blah blah. Then add in a little civil war going on right in their back yard. Like I said....I don't know. Can't figure it out. Either something is in the works, or this thing just got a life of its own today and will come back down hard and fast. If it is up on a drift that "news is coming"....well...I would place my bet that the news is bad rather than good.

The only thing I could possibly think is that they got some kind of cash infusion, since they are in definite need of cash...but I don't know who would be putting up money for them right now given the current situation there.

Good luck and best wishes for those who are in. I hope you get a good run. For me right now...DMW and their problems that they are dealing with on so many fronts just makes it way too hot to handle.

I have to look at this on a risk/reward basis. It is too easy to say "ya, but look at the reward!!!". Doesn't matter. If it doesn't fit the risk equation (my own), then I won't do it. If you play it the other way around, looking at the reward and "rationalizing" (ignoring) the risk, sooner or later, you're washed out!

Cheers,

Kevin
