Zeev- well, this didn't take long...from Briefing.com: Programmer's Paradise (PROG) 16 1/8 +3/4: CE Unterberg Towbin reiterates "strong buy" on direct marketer of software after posting strong Q4 results; raises FY99 EPS estimate from $0.80 to $0.85..... hit 16 1/8, but on no volume...down to 15 11/16 now...
