I would really like to know what The AZNT " LEGAL TEAM" would do about an S.E.C investigation into the companies transfer agent for giving out information on individual securities positions and information about those securities positions prior to any filings being completed.

I really think that Mr Sylver of AZNT needs to find himself a transfer agent with credibility and integrity before anything serious happens like legal actions. I think Mr. Sylver needs to find a transfer agent that understands the law and not conduct themselves in a manor in which an individuals privacy is invaded. Mr. Sylver should consider this and do it soon. I think his transfer agent is going to be the entity that will cause him the utmost gastrointestinal problems that no AZNT product will be able to cure. The transfer agent could find themselves in a very serious situation with new management and a whole new owner operator if they continue to disclose confidential information about shareholders. This violates the rules set by the S.E.C for transfer agents.

Isn't AZNT its OWN transfer agent? Hmmmmm.
The email I have been receiving is very interesting reading. How would certain people know about my securities positions in AZNT, I've never told anyone, and my filings are not out yet. So it does make one wonder.
