Hello Byran, you have most of the correct facts, but your quarter sales are off by a

decimal, also the oustanding shares are no more than 15 to 20 mil

since 57% are locked up by LGE the holding co for Goldstar, and the officers own via options

a bunch..Also private investment firms owned 5-7% . The koreans made out since they bought

all their shares at 10 hope they don`t sell theirs!!!soon!!!
