Where in the World is Eugene Dolgoff? Check out: imaging.org Photonics West '97 / Electronic Imaging '97 in San Jose Feb 8-14, 1997 wanted to have PJTV demonstrate their DLP device, but they decided not to invite PJTV out of deference to Dolgoff. TI will be there. Larry Hornbeck the inventor of the micromirror device is on the program committee. I would guess that PJTV and TI are not totally chummy. Meanwhile it seems that the PJTV-Dolgoff split occurred two years ago. From the news releases, the circumstances seem odd. What kind of management would permit this kind of known cancer to remain imbedded in the company for this long? If it was really sexual harassment, what was the resolution? Why did the company allow Dolgoff to remain on the Board of Directors? Isn't it odd that all this took place at the same time PJTV decided to drop depixilization in favor of becoming a DLP cloner? And when and what were the circumstances of Dolgoff's wife selling those 800,000 shares of PJTV stock? Given the recent changes in TI, their change in general strategy, and change in the DLP strategy in particular, I would begin to become concerned if I were a shareholder in PJTV. Maybe Marvin or Marty will be able to flesh out those old news reports. Or maybe they'll get Hawk to divert your attention. Ciao!
