(OTC BB:USAT - news) through February 11, citing questions about the accuracy of information released to the public by the company. The commission said questions have been raised regarding the status and extent of the company's business operations. A telephone call to the La Jolla, Calif.-based company was not immediately returned. USA Talks.com offers a flat rate ''all you can talk'' long distance service.
