That is my recollection as well, they were saying that this type of gold occurred in most of the world's surface area. They did concede they felt Franklin Lake was a particularly rich example.

For the record I never spoke directly to any of the Johnson Lett people regarding the blanks. But I remember very clearly when the word got out that the blanks had shown gold and that someone associated with J/L had responded that the process was able to obtain gold even from blanks. I heard this from several people in almost identical wording. I remember this very clearly because I got a tremendous sinking feeling in my stomach. That was the specific event that convinced me that I had been made a fool of.
