LT, The kind of volatility premium appreciation that you are talking about rarely happens (I would appreciate one happenning right now, though, as I hold a bunch of DELL calls and am absolutely thrilled to think about what a 10 point rise in equity price along with a serious expansion in volatility premium will do to the call prices). In any case, best of luck with your puts. BTW, did Don Martini sell them to you? -Apratim.
