I did a quantitative analysis of ATI's target price a while ago:

ATI's CEO has since indicated that margins are stable to increasing so I see no reason to not expect 50% EPS growth and an even higher target. My target of $36C is similar to Brian Antonen's $35C target. He has been the most consistent analyst on ATI. I don't really worry too much about traders effect on the value of a stock. They merely create noise around a stocks inexorable march toward its appropriate value. Don't forget the unquantifiable effect of ATI's sneaky management on the share price.
