M.Carver and others--if you haven't done so, check out CHC website.
Go to the IR page where you can find lots of useful info and you can
sign-up to have breaking news, earnings dates, etc., e-mailed to you.

Briefly (for now), CHC started its downtrend off its high of 53 last
year after the conference call in February to discuss Q4 results.

I attended the annual meeting last May in Florham Park, NJ and CEO
John C. caught "holy hell" from a few shareholders for his dismal
performance during the call. (One shareholder even offered his ser-
vices to JC to help him prep for the next CC <ggg>). The stock price
dropped during the CC although the numbers and outlook were good. JC
held back a little on backlog isssues and other matters and many
investors became nervous.

Strong results over the past year have failed to ignite the stock price. I am at a loss as to what it will take to move up from here. I
think JC will be much better on future CC's but will it matter?? Q3
1998: revenues were up 52% and net income increased 79% over the year
ago period BUT these strong numbers made little difference to the
stock price. CHC also added that for every $1.00 of Y2K revenue gen-
erated from the top 50 customers, it earned an additional $1.29 from
cross-selling these same customers other services--the market just
yawned!!

Back with more later. (Thanks for your diligence M.Carver.)
