They corrected their profile on Yahoo. It no longer states that Norris Communications is a subsidiary of e.Digital Corporation: e.Digital Corporation develops, manufactures and markets electronic products. For the six months ended 9/30/98, revenues decreased 64% to $255 thousand. Net loss applicable to Common Stock increased from $326 thousand to $956 thousand. Revenues reflect a decrease in retail product sales after all private labeled product inventory was sold. Higher loss reflects increased research and development expenses and a $111 thousand imputed non-cash interest.
