Hi Folks,

Sorry for my absence buy I've been posting on Yahoo for a change. Let's face it there is more activity there. I was in at IPO and bought in four times since then. As a matter of fact I'm going in for more today. The number of shares I purchase drops as the price goes up which makes for good cost averaging. The rumour concerning the parent company of PR buying a %25 stake in VDAT is, to the best of my knowledge, a good one! This would result in a 25 Million Dollar cash infusion into the company. People on Yahoo seem to have the idea that the company is going to buy-in at above Market. Someone mentioned $22!
Let me tell you, that's not how it's done!! They will probably get in for 1/2 of Market. This is normal and healthy. VDAT is moving at rate I also consider healthy. They will group announcements and move out of Small Cap and we will se some very significant movement. I fell that even at $15 I can double. All we have here is a case of a very good Internet stock being overshadowed by the big boys. Much like "Nobody ever got fired for buying IBM" in the world of computers VDAT is a risk at this point for many fund managers. In other cases the fact that it is a Small, prohibits buying. I have faith, and believe me it's not "Blind Faith" (Although I love the band). Still can't believe here on SI where we are considered to be on top of things we have no action on this board!?
