If any of guys have followed the PSFT story in the media vis-a-vis ORCL's perceived problems last year, I recall a story about how successful PSFT had become due to their "more humanistic" approach to managing their business & how they priced their product based upon the size of the customer business.

In that piece they interviewed either Ray or Larry who I recall stated how ludicrous such a pricing model was & that it could not be sustained in such a dynamic marketplace & present undue risk to the bottom line. To me the comment by ORCL was clairvoyant. I'm am sure the problems PSFT is now experiencing is no surprise to ORCL's management.

I remain convinced that the ORCL management team in place know their business better than the competition & better than the analysts. And they have the track record to prove it. JMO.
