I can back up Red's claims. NR is on the way, although I would expect it later next week. At least 10,000 units have been produced and shipped. Contracts for more are signed. Existing customers are all still buying on weekly basis, including Canadian Gov't agencies. Communication with U.S. gov't agencies are ongoing. Sorry, can't elaborate any further (said too much already). I don't know how Red gets his info, but its pretty good. His price target is probably on the low end.
