Point well taken,
Yet why the reaction:

<<<Merrill Lynch report dated 1-28-99

Neutral - Long Term Accumulate

Expect IFMX to trade down from recent highs as solid 4Q98 EPS results don't beat unrealistic estimates.

IFMX could track time in the $9-$11 range following its explosive climb up +150% since the beginning of December.

We have changed our FY99 EPS from $0.40 to $0.42 reflecting the Red Brick transaction and a 15% tax rate. Y2K, competition and valuation keep us
Neutral.

IFMX should continue to slowly gain momentum in FY1999 but caution is warranted due to uncertain IT spending in 1999 and increased
competition.>>>

Why any comments on these purportedly new wins failed to create higher interest? We are talking major hum-drum and disbelief.
Why any portfolio manager should invest any money in IFMX rather than ORCL, to name one?... which is a disingenuous argument in view of IFMX products, but not at all in light of their marketing and the sense I get of their willingness to communicate effectively, and be heard.

Dour resolve to go ahead might get you to the finish, but you need muscle, stamina and heart to win a marathon. In other words marketing,
pizzaz and INSIDER BUYING!
