Jim,

What I am suggesting, is that in reviewing the posts for the last several days, there seems to be far too much concern, over what is a relatively benign event. Perhaps Klopp did not live up to the expectations of some people ... nobody can be all things to all people .... the company has been working hard and in the end their product is what matters.

I will grant you that if the potential users of the product were in the dark, then I would be concerned, but it seem to me that is not an issue.
