Re: Class Actions. Keep in mind, there is a class action "bar" of attorneys who specialize in these actions. I used to work in a law firm where they would wait for Justice Department criminal indictments for price fixing, etc. and subesquent guilty pleas. Liability is established with the guilty plea, and they's swoop in for the civil kill. No criminal investigation of AOL at this point, but that doesn't affect the private class action suits. IMHO, there's more to come. I haven't opened a position yet, but I'm looking at AOL puts, possibly April 30 puts. This stock is in for trouble.
