What if a judge makes Intel take the feature completely out like the recent Microsoft ruling Amy, there is no judge involved in this and no discussion of legal remedies. Do you foresee a legal battle over the serial number "issue"? The MSFT/Hallmark case was a trademark issue, wasn't it? There are no intell property nor tm issues here.
