Hi Jean-Robert, I agree totally with you and am entirely happy with thing as they are evolving. CGI has built its reputation on having a long range vision and focusing on it thoroughly through all seasons, so there is no reason to depart from a master plan that has worked so well.

Certainly the NYSE listing may affect the dynamics of share splits. Also as I recall, the original reasoning driving the share splits was to increase liquidity. There were only some 6 million shares when I first bought - now there are some 133 million, so the issue of liquidity may be less pressing at this time.

I managed to see the meeting via the web Wednesday evening. Again, I was struck by the quality of the management team and the organization's values - I felt that this was best expressed in Paule Dore's presentation. Small wonder that CGI's staff turnover rate is so low in relation to others in the industry.
