My sincere compliments to the participants of this thread, and special congratulations to Swedelo for developing such a professionally-oriented forum for discussion and analysis of WINR.

I hope that in future, my contributions will add to the level of professionalism which you all have established, and serve to better define WINR's positioning within the infant yet dynamic industries of online gambling and commercial e-tailing!

Question:

When WINR concludes a licensing agreement with an on-line casino or betting agent, does this imply that “all” cash processing for the casino/agent will be run through WINR and managed through the WINR accounting system?

For me, this was an essential issue to clear-up before I invested, as WINR would not want its casino clients to be doing an “end-run” around the WINR system in order to avoid paying the WINR processing fee. When I addressed this subject to CFG, they confirmed that the WINR's arrangements with casinos are indeed exclusive, although some casino clients “may” require a couple of months to integrate their client processing with the WINR's system. However, I am not sure if CFG was only pertaining to new casino contracts or the TISS and InterBet contracts as well....

Any thoughts by anyone? It seems to me that any leakage of initial revenues could have an important impact on WINRs anxiously awaited Q1 earnings....

Best regards,

Scotty
