You will see a lot of reports by Asensio that are negative on ABTE. He is reported to be over 2 mill shares short and every point up is hitting him hard. In an interview at the beginning of the year, he admitted that he made the mistake of not covering on ABTE. I don't think he was prepared to have Fidelity step in and buy 10% of the outstanding shares. ABTE/ MFSNT (their sub) is building all the EZ pass systems on the Atlantic City Expressway and NJ Turnpike and installing fiber optics lines in a number of states.
