Bully: Sold it all but just enough to get all my money back at $2.00 as Dr. M. said we would in this first qtr. This should prove that I'm not going to hipe this thing never did and will not! I believe in certain parts of the building they are trying to do. ie. the telecom division. Yet the fact that there is a FLOAT OF 95,8. MILLION SHARES is way to much. I did ask what is called IR. by some if the total float or outstanding issue had changed from the last posted amount of 85. million shares to that I was told NO! So if IR. dosent know what is going on with the company who can you??? hmmmm.... sounds like pure bull at my end.

If NPEC wants to inform all shareholders (I'm included as I'm holding just the amount to cover all of the $$$ lost over 3 years at the Dr. M, price) Of where the 24,000,000 shares went to I would be pleased to read there NEWS RLS'S that may come out and respond by investing in a value. If no responce I will keep asking where the information is.

Regards, God Bless
Jim....

P.S. The volume today is churn. Just to get volume, IMO.. See there were more trades the last time we had such volume. This time less it's churn. Also no move off the bid ask, no move up so it's stuck and like I said there would be 20 mm to break .0625 on the bid and stay there. We shall see what will happen back to lurking for now.
