If this is indeed a real move, I think it will be very laborious. Too many investors have been soured on Mentor Graphics and will take the opportunity to sell. It will also take more than one quarter to convince the street that prospects have materially improved. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Mentor is on its 12th fool cycle.

Bullish, but cautious.
