Howdy Bruce, I just looked at your profile and saw that you are in AKSY too. This was an IPO that I loose quite a lot of money last year. I usually made a lot of money on IPOs but on AKSY, I was negligent to request the prospectus. I just jumped into this stock because it's in the kidney dialysis business. After I got in, I received the prospectus and found out that AKSYS's application with the FDA had been rejected twice in the past because AKSYS probably did not know the FDA procedure for 510K. But I learned recently that AKSYS has contracted out to SEAMED to build the machine and SEAMED is well known as a good medical contract house. AKSYS has announced recently that they will roll out their machine in the 2nd quarter of this year. I don't know what that means. Does this mean that they completed designing the machine and now is ready to submit to the FDA or they will get FDA approval soon and is now ready for selling it? I will make a call to AKSYS or may be you can too. Please let me know what you find out. Thanks, Mike.
