Just for kicks take a look at this post from the MALL thread a couple of days before the UBID IPO -- they were doing very similar calculations as we are. Then take a look at MALL chart 2 weeks prior to the IPO on Nov 27 - they did real well !! IMHO the math here is much better and UPC is a much more attractive IPO with the MSFT deal and the houses involved.
