Oil services companies will be taken to lower low's if oil tanks from $12. Unless you can guarantee crude price will not trade at $10 or lower this year, there is definite further downside risk for this group in 1999. Do you know GLM once traded at $2 during the dark days? That is only 400-500% down from here, not much different from NE $4. Right LT?
