There is difference, Netcom own the Network hardware backbone, while Earthlink leases from other company. Also, Netcom is in Business market now and do not compete with earthlink in individual market. So ELNK competes more with AOL, mindspring etc. One bullish side of ELNK, insiders owns about 50% of shares, way larger than MSPG's insider ownings, very bullish.
