It's not good enough if it can be switched on by OS software. And as I said before this whole plan was hatched to the benefit of MSFT. Just another example of Wintel with Intel the one in the Monika position. Default-off isn't good enough. To turn it on requires a reboot. Hardly something that can be done by stealth. Default-off is good enough except for publicity hounds and whiners.
