03/24 - ProNetLink Announces New Super Import/Export Website; The World's Largest Import/Export Website.ProNetLink ( pronetlink.com ) has spent the last five months creating the largest import/export website on the Internet. The ProNetLink website represents far more than a search engine, it is the first complete interactive business tool that brings companies together from around the world, bridging all national and international boundaries.
03/27 - PNLK announced today that the international marketing firm of Zagoren-Zozzora, Inc. has been retained to handle all marketing, advertising and promotion for the company. Mr. Glenn Zagoren, President of Zagoren-Zozzora, Inc., will personally be handling the account. ZZI develops and produces corporate development projects from concept through final production and acts as a business consultant on a wide scope of growth issues. ZZI represents high-end companies around the world and has worked with the Principality of Monaco and the Government of Israel. Most recently ZZI was retained to produce the Millennium Events for the Statue of Liberty by the National Park Service and Dept. of Interior.

Feldman Radin & Co. is a certified accounting firm with offices in every principal city throughout the world. 04/27 - PNLK Finalizes Site For Beta Testing And Debugging.
04/29 - PNLK announces Dun & Bradstreet to provide the WebtoolDatabase, they have invested over 150 years creating the world's largest and most comprehensive source of business related information. Hundreds of millions of pieces of data, ranging from trade styles to trade experiences to financial statements, are integrated every day into one file.
05/11 - Award Winning Royal Impressions Joins PNLK In Powerful Strategic Alliance , one of the most advanced digital printing facilities in New York, have joined forces to offer ProNetLink members on-line digital printing services. Royal Impressions is on the cutting edge of the ''distribute and print concept'' which allows companies from around the world the opportunity to send their digital printing files over the Internet directly to New York where they are then sent to digital four color presses that use lasers to make printing plates. This system removes the need for film. This state-of-the-art technology dramatically changes the way printing is produced. For example, a company in China can now send a digital file to New York over the Internet using Royal Impressions' file transfer software. The job is printed in the USA and then can be mailed to potential clients throughout the country without the hassle of shipping, duty charges or custom regulations. Royal Impressions is currently working on a system that will take files from US companies and link them to a network of printers throughout the world for ''distribute and print'' opportunities on a worldwide basis. 05/17 - First Corporate Members Sign Up At pnlk.com ,over 100 corporations signed on and became members in the first 24 hours.
05/18 - A special package announcing the ProNetLink launch was sent to key governments, businesses and editors in over 60 countries across 6 continents. The announcements were translated into French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Hindi, Indonesian, Korean, Japanese, Malay, Thai and Vietnamese. In addition, a special mailing was done to media that focus on high-technology and the Internet. The U.S. media program alone covered over 2,000 newspapers, wire services, magazines and broadcast points. All businesses are invited to update or add their company or resource information to the ProNetLink database for free.
06/02 - Dow Jones News Service, The First Of Many Substantial Upgrades Is Activated For PNLK Members. International trade news is downloaded to ProNetLink throughout the day allowing members to have up-to-the-minute information that can make or break a deal. Dow Jones will provide ProNetLink with late breaking news stories that are specifically selected to meet the business needs of ProNetLink members who are looking for up-to-the-minute news on domestic and international trade. No sports, no gossip, just trade pertinent articles that are collected from sources around the world and downloaded directly to the ProNetLink website. Each news article offers the editorial insight of Dow Jones & Company, publishers of The Wall Street Journal and providers of respected business news for more than 100 years.
06/08 - . Strategic Partnerships. ProNetLink has had meetings with a number of companies and associations that are considering strategic partnerships with the project. and hope to be able to announce the results of those meetings in the near future.
06/11 - Swift Transfer . This international payment option is being added and should be on line this week. This feature comes in response to a request from the European marketplace.
06/24 - PNLK Management announced today that the management of the company have signed a voluntary ''lock-up'' agreement that states that they will not sell any of their restricted stock to the public for a period of one year from the date of the agreement. Jean Pierre Collardeau, ProNetLink President and CEO and the other members of the executive staff control 16,500,000 shares of restricted stock. ''We want to show to the market and our investors that we are behind ProNetLink and we are here for the long term,'' said Mr. Collardeau. ''Our goal is to build the most comprehensive import-export tool on the internet. '' The stock certificates are held by the company's counsel, Leon B. Lipkin.
07/27 - PNLK Announces Strategic Partnership with Rare Medium, for further Site development ''We made the move to Rare Medium because it has tremendous credibility and can react faster to our growing needs,'' said Jean Pierre Collardeau, President of ProNetLink, ''Rare Medium has accelerated the development of the site.'' Dealing primarily with Global 2000 clients, Rare Medium, Inc. is a strategic Internet services firm, helping clients develop Internet strategies, improve business processes and develop interactive content using Internet-based technologies. 08/28 - PNLK Launches Version 2.0, Substantially Upgrading the Website. The new version added a more robust search engine that allow members to easily find potential trading partners around the world from the ProNetLink database of 2.75 million companies. ProNetLink V2.0 included a new international forms program that was built in conjunction with Unz & Co., one of the world's most respected compliance experts. This program allow members to find and download the current trade forms required to ship products around the world. It also offers a full glossary of terms and tips on how to fill the forms out. Unz & Co. is also offering a free Source Book to ProNetLink members.
With the growth of digital printing, ProNetLink has added an Internet Printing program that was built by Royal Impressions, a leader in on-demand digital printing. By using this module, ProNetLink members can send their digital printing files over the Internet from anywhere in the world and have the jobs printed and distributed from New York. Additional enhancements in the ProNetLink webtool have made the system run faster.
08/31 - PNLK Begins Marketing Program with Internet Video Conference During the netcast, management presented an overview of ProNetLink Version 2.0 and viewers were able to email questions regarding the product that they would like to have answered by Jean Pierre Collardeau, President of ProNetLink and Glenn Zagoren, President of Zagoren-Zozzora, Inc., the marketing firm for ProNetLink. This netcast, which was one of the first ever done for this industry.
10/15 - PNLK puts a 1/4 page full color ad on the front cover of The Journal of Commerce. This was published in the USA, Asian and Latin American issues and had an audience of over 4.5 million readers. The Journal of Commerce has been the leader in reporting International trade and transportation news since 1827.
10/20 - ProNetLink, announced that the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America has entered into an Internet website alliance with ProNetLink and will participate in the PNL webtool. The NCBFAA is recognized as the largest association of its kind and has over 600 member companies with over 5000 offices worldwide.
11/23 - Shira Trading Ltd., Tel Aviv, and The Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce is pleased to announce the signing of a letter of intent with ProNetLink the world's largest Import Export Web tool. Shira Trading intends, through an agreement with the FICC, to market and promote ProNetLink in Israel. The Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce has well over 30,000 company members in the Import Export fields.
''We are very happy to have chosen ProNetLink. Their exclusive and well-designed Website, as well as their vision of the future, will enable us to subscribe thousands of Israeli Companies to the ProNetLink webtool. Our aim together with the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce is to reach 10,000 members from Israel within a short period of time,'' said Uri Grebenau, President of Shira Trading Ltd.
Many other companies will seek new trading partners on a global market basis through the capabilities given by ProNetLink. Mr. Grebenau is also in the process of negotiating the same terms through the German Chamber of Commerce as well as the Egyptian Chamber of Commerce.
12/4 - David J. Walker joins ProNetLink as Chief Operating Officer-Mr. Walker comes to ProNetLink from Unz & Co., the leading provider of import/export publications, software, and training programs to the U.S. international trade community. He served for 15 years as Vice President of Operations and, most recently, as Vice President of Product Development.
During his tenure at Unz & Co., Mr. Walker created and developed many unique products and services for importers and exporters which helped the company earn both the ''E Award'' and the ''E Star Award'' from the U.S. Department of Commerce. His strong operational and technical background includes the development and installation of various networked operating systems, experience and expertise in direct business to business marketing, the development of documentation software and regulatory CD-ROMS, and the creation and administration of the Unz & Co. website.
Mr. Walker has nearly 20 years of experience in International Trade, beginning as an Export Manager with the Burroughs Corporation in 1980. He has held a Customs Broker license for ten years, and has served two terms as a member of the Department of Commerce's District Export Council in New Jersey, both on the Executive Committee and as Chairman of the Education Committee. Mr. Walker earned a BA from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York and his Masters Degree in International Business from Fairleigh Dickenson University in Teaneck, New Jersey.
12/14 - Click! On Line Signs Agreement with ProNetLink, Click will assist Rare Media in further enhancing PNL's site using some of their Communication technologies. Click will provide PNL with a personalization module for its web site users. This solution will provide PNL users with the right environment for making PNL their ''home'' on the Internet, as well as a tool to meet and know more about each other.
Users will have their own private page with market and financial information as well as a contact page to show their products or services. Tools for on line and off line meetings and discussions will make this personalization module interactive. The personal portal will include, News headlines; stock ticker; World clock; PNL's Web news; Address book (ICQ style user list); Templates for quick personal use; Time manager for on line activities.
The Personalized Virtual office will be the user's showcase of his company. This page will be more than a virtual business card allowing users to show pictures, catalogs and price lists. On Line Meeting Rooms, will be made for one-on-one meetings as well as an on-line multi-user meeting or lecture. Users will be able to join or open rooms to start a meeting.
1/25 - ProNetLink enters into Strategic Alliance with AT&T (NYSE: T -) to provide advanced web hosting, develop and implement state-of-the-art Internet commerce modules and continue to explore new communications options for ProNetLink members.
The agreement will put ProNetLink on the main AT&T Internet backbone. This will provide expanded bandwidth and 24/7/365 guaranteed access to the ProNetLink site. The agreement with AT&T was developed based on the amount of additional resources and Webtools that are being added to the ProNetLink version 3.0. Version 3.0 is scheduled for release this March. " Our partnership with PNLK is an important step towards realizing the vision of an Internet-connected world in international trade and commerce. AT&T is very pleased to be partnering with ProNetLink in the deployment of revolutionary Internet technologies which will facilitate global trade,'' said Sameer Mepani, Senior Manager for Internet Technologies at AT&T.

1/27 - ProNetLink announced that it will be one of the major corporate sponsors of the 1999 International Business Expo at the Javits Center in New York set to begin April 21, 1999. ProNetLink plans on using the Expo to help in the launch of its Version 3.0, which is scheduled for delivery at the end of March. The other major corporate sponsors are Dun & Bradstreet and Marine Midland Bank.
The International Business Expo is the largest one-day gathering of the International business community on the East Coast. The IBE 99 is one of the best ways to meet and exchange information with globally minded businesses of all sizes and industries.
